Fall 2019 IPE – Mass-Casualty Incident (MCI) / Triage Scenario

Fire Ball Disaster, Ohio State Fair, July 26, 2017: A row of seats on the gondola fell off and two seat belts failed, killing one rider and injuring seven others. At the Ohio State Fair, the seats fell almost straight down, just as the gondola began to rise.
